Report Use and Sharing Rules

1. Customer data and proprietary evidence

Effective date: for each account, the date the account is created and this agreement is accepted (published October 4, 2026). Your submitted business information remains yours, subject to the rights of other owners. Ownsera's underlying compiled research, raw transaction rows, protected methods, and source collection remain subject to their separate ownership and license restrictions. A right to export your information does not include a right to export those datasets.

Customer-data exports exclude Ownsera's protected research transaction identifiers, underlying deal-level source records, source links that reconstruct its protected transaction universe, nonpublic model parameters, other users' information, credentials, and confidential internal administrative records. A customer's own submitted transaction information is not excluded merely because it concerns a transaction. This does not restrict statutory access rights or your independent ability to retrieve public source material lawfully. Any legally required disclosure will be handled through the applicable request process.

2. Permitted report sharing

When your plan expressly includes report exports, you may retain a complete report for the covered business and share it privately with that business's owners, directors, employees who need it, and its legal, tax, accounting, and financial advisors for analysis of that business. If your plan permits client work, you may provide the report to the authorized client for whom it was prepared on the same basis.

Sharing with a prospective buyer, lender, investor, or other transaction counterparty requires Ownsera's written permission or a feature that expressly permits that recipient category, plus suitable confidentiality and purpose limitations. A general download button is not permission for public distribution, securities marketing, offering documents, press releases, or inclusion in a commercial data product.

Share only through a secure channel with recipients who are authorized by the business and bound by appropriate professional or written confidentiality duties. Preserve the report's date, scope, range, assumptions, limitations, attribution, and recipient notice. You may redact your own confidential details if doing so does not distort the analysis; do not edit substantive conclusions or remove warnings while presenting the modified document as an unaltered Ownsera report. Identify your own commentary separately.

3. Report content and recipient reliance

A customer report may contain the customer's information and aggregate evidence such as observation counts, dates, geographic and industry scope, financial basis, and range statistics. It must not expose the underlying deal-level transaction universe or private research records. A count or confidence label is not proof that a result is independently verified or predicts an actual transaction.

No recipient acquires access to the Service, a dataset license, or a professional engagement merely by receiving a report. You may not tell a recipient that Ownsera has approved a transaction or authorized reliance beyond the report's stated purpose. A recipient needing a professional opinion or an undertaking of responsibility must obtain a separate express engagement from an appropriately qualified provider.

Sending a report notice by itself does not establish the recipient's contractual assent. Where an enforceable recipient agreement is needed, use a separate signed or recorded affirmative acceptance process before disclosure. A watermark helps trace authorized distribution but does not technically prevent copying or replace access control. Required disclosures to regulators and legally protected communications remain permitted.

4. Required report notice

Prepared for [to be completed before activation] as of [to be completed before activation]. Report ID [to be completed before activation]. Confidential business information. This report provides an illustrative market reference based on the sources, inputs, and assumptions described in it. It is not a certified appraisal, fairness opinion, investment recommendation, or guarantee of a transaction price. Verify material facts and obtain appropriate independent advice before a consequential decision. Authorized private use only under Ownsera's Report Use and Sharing Rules. Do not remove this notice or redistribute underlying transaction data. Customer information and third-party material remain subject to their respective rights.
