Use /legal/contact to submit an account or privacy request, report suspected intellectual-property misuse, raise a legal concern, request an accessibility accommodation, or report a security issue. Select the relevant category and provide a return contact and enough information to locate the issue. Do not include full payment card numbers, government identifiers, passwords, medical records, or unnecessary confidential business documents.

2. Privacy requests and identity checks

You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, an applicable opt-out, or review of a privacy decision as described in the Privacy Policy. You do not have to hold a paid subscription to make a request. We may take proportionate steps to verify identity and authority so we do not disclose or delete another person's information. An authorized agent may act where applicable law permits, subject to appropriate verification.

If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain the applicable reason and available appeal or complaint route as required. Deletion may exclude records we are legally required or permitted to retain for a specific purpose; retained information remains protected and is not a license for unrelated use. These request channels do not limit a right to contact a regulator, court, or other authority directly.

3. Accessibility assistance

If a feature, document, or legal notice is difficult for you to access, tell us the page or action involved, the barrier encountered, and a preferred accessible alternative. We will work with you on a reasonable way to obtain the information or complete the task. Do not provide a medical diagnosis to request assistance.
